About

Women in Product NL is a community dedicated to empowering and supporting women in digital careers across The Netherlands and Europe. What began in 2020 as a focused initiative to support women aspiring to product management roles has evolved into a dynamic network of 2000+ professionals who share knowledge, experiences, and opportunities in digital careers. Founded by Sneha Divakar with a vision to bridge the representation gap in product management, our community has grown organically through the shared experiences of women navigating their digital careers. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 lockdown, we stepped up to provide crucial support through educational webinars, coaching sessions, and virtual networking opportunities when our members needed it most. As our community expanded, we recognized the irreplaceable value of in-person connections and peer support. Today, we host regular events throughout The Netherlands, bringing together product managers, designers, developers, marketers, and digital professionals at all stages of their careers. Our events feature industry experts, thought leaders, and community members who share insights on topics ranging from product strategy and user experience to career development and leadership. Our Mission is advancing representation and empowerment of women in digital careers.
