Sneha Divakar has two decades in product management and digital enterprise products. She loves building sustainable communities with female focus while also leading product management and design teams in her job as Director at Comviva. Her passion is to bring representation of women in the workplace, by opening opportunities to more women especially of migrant background to have meaningful careers in The Netherlands. 

Arevik Hartman-Arakelyan is a seasoned finance executive with many years of international experience in multinational organizations. As CFO at IBFD⁠, she brings strategic financial leadership, global perspective, and a passion for supporting women in professional growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and dedication to building strong, sustainable organizations. Originally from Armenia, Arevik has been living in the Netherlands for over two decades.

Joy Adamson has spent 20+ years in tech; building products, leading teams, and coaching the leaders behind them. She has worked across fintech, e-commerce, and platform businesses, coached 40+ product leaders, and founded Digital Joy, her boutique consultancy. On Women in Product NL board, she leads mentoring and marketing; connecting community, amplifying voices, and helping more women build the careers they deserve.

Sunakshi is a Product Strategist with 11+ years of experience across E-commerce, Ed-tech, and Social Impact projects. Passionate about crafting user-centred solutions through design-thinking, balancing user needs with business goals to drive growth. Additionally, actively involved in creating space for women through events, workshops, mentorship, and career-focused support in product, AI, and industry practices.

Aileen is a Product Leader with 18+ years guiding large-scale tech initiatives, mentoring high-performing teams, and building products users love. Deeply committed to equal opportunity, she is dedicated to equipping women with skills to confidently design their own career paths. The advocacy for women’s causes extends to the mats, where she trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Women's Self-Defense. At Women in Product NL, she cultivates strategic partnerships aligning corporate brand visibility with meaningful DEI actions that drive measurable community impact.

Priya is a Product Leader with strong bias-for-action personality, she is looking to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. She has 20+ years across Fintech, Telecom and Greentech at both startups and established enterprises, developing digital product and services.
