Commitment

• Attend all required sessions and workshops

• Prepare an agenda before each mentor meeting

• Complete goal-setting template before the programme begins

• Engage actively in community events
   

Conduct

• Respect your mentor's time — confirm or cancel meetings minimum 48 hours in advance

• Come prepared with specific questions or challenges

• Maintain confidentiality of conversations shared within the programme
   

Expectations

• You drive the relationship — your mentor is a guide, not a coach or job placement service

• Set 1–3 concrete goals at the start; revisit them monthly

• Respond to WiP NL communications within 5 business days
   

Grounds for removal

• Two consecutive no-shows without notice

• Disrespectful conduct toward mentor or other participants

• Failure to engage after written warning from WiP NL
